Civil Service Art Competition
At Civil Service Live in Manchester, Sir Gus O’Donnell and Janet Paraskeva launched “Your Space”, the first Civil Service Art Competition. The competition invites civil servants to create an original work of art in any medium that represents what it means to them to be a be a civil servant. The competition encourages civil servants to bring to life the Civil Service values of honesty, integrity, impartiality and objectivity.
The Civil Service Commissioners were delighted to be invited to sponsor a competition that provides a new and imaginative way of promoting the core Civil Service values.
Janet Paraskeva and Gus O’Donnell will be on the judging panel, and the winners will be announced at Civil Service Live in July 2010.
