Progress against strategy
In 2006-07 the Commissioners outlined a three-year strategy to 2010. This is an ambitious programme to ensure that the Commissioners work collectively as an exemplary regulator to provide assurance that appointment to the Civil Service is made on merit and to uphold and promote its core values.
