Senior Leadership Committee
Twenty nine appointments for competitions which the Commissioners chaired fell within the remit of the Senior Leadership Committee (SLC). The SLC reviews whether or not Permanent Secretary and Director General appointments should be filled through external recruitment. The Committee is chaired by the Head of the Home Civil Service. The First Civil Service Commissioner is a member.
